Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 27, 2026

This Refund Policy explains our billing practices, cancellation procedures, and refund terms for Snoopr subscriptions.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access to Starter plan features. No credit card is required to begin your trial.

During the trial period:

  • You have access to all Starter plan features
  • No charges will be made to your account
  • You may cancel at any time without obligation
  • Trial accounts convert to paid subscriptions only after you add a payment method and select a plan

2. Subscription Billing

Billing Cycle

  • Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle
  • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year at a discounted rate

All fees are charged in advance and are non-prorated.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged using your payment method on file unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before your subscription renews.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
  • Your access to the Services continues until your current period expires

Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days
  • You may export your data during this period
  • After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted
  • We cannot recover deleted data

4. Refund Policy

General Policy

Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable once charged, except as expressly stated in this policy. This is standard practice for subscription-based software services.

Refund Eligibility

We may provide refunds in the following limited circumstances:

Service Unavailability

If the Services experience significant downtime (exceeding 99.5% unavailability in a calendar month) that materially impacts your use, you may be eligible for a prorated service credit or refund for the affected period.

Billing Errors

If you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amount), contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a correction or refund within 5 business days of confirmation.

Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was charged without authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and process appropriate refunds in coordination with your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused portion of monthly or annual subscriptions
  • Downgrade to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle
  • Temporary service disruptions or scheduled maintenance
  • Feature requests or functionality not meeting expectations
  • Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

Downgrades

Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the current period.

Annual to Monthly

If you switch from an annual to monthly plan, the change takes effect when your annual subscription expires. No refunds are provided for unused portions of annual plans.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods, not your current period.

If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email info@snoopr.co with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email address and billing details
3. Describe the reason for your refund request
4. Provide any relevant documentation (e.g., billing statements, error messages)

We will respond within 3 business days with a determination.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
  • Other payment methods: Refunded via the original payment method or alternative arrangement

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

9. Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, please contact us first. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while we investigate.
